Cypress Vine

 It was palm shape leaves which is separated as thread shape. Its trumpet-shaped flower which bloom only a day as morning glory is about 3 cm.

Striped Japanese pampas-grass

There are yellow-white or white vertical stripe line on the leaves.
It will be nicely arranged in combination with other materials emphasizing the beautiful leaves hanging down to right and left.
It will live longer, if you use the vinegar for water raising.

Balloon vine (heart pea) (Cardiospermum halicacabum)

Origin from North Africa.

It is an annual plant grown for decoration. From mid-summer to fall, its paper balloon like seeds hang down lightly from thin stem. It is used for hanging, placing, and tea ceremony flower arrangement.

Its goes well with small flowers. Also, you can enjoy floating these seeds and flowers on the water in the glass vessel. Leaves should be taken off because they are easily damaged. Stem lines and balloon like seed should be bandled for use in interesting flower arrangement.

Japanese pampas-grass (Susuki)

  Susuki's flower is called obana, which is account as one of 7 autumn plants. It has been popular materials used for Japanese "Tsukimi" (Moon watching) ceremony. It was used 33 times in the "Manyoshu", "Rinnpa" paint artists also liked to draw "susuki". Its is good for main-material and used for sub-material, thanks to beautiful leaves with cool atmosphere. Before use it, put its cut-end into vinegar and spray enough water on the leaves, because it can not raise water easily.
